Mission
1.To manage an annual fund-raising campaign in a cost-effective manner on behalf of the health and human service needs.

2.To seek and develop alternative funding resources.

3.To serve as a central resource for the recruitment, training, and deployment of volunteers.

4.To conduct a fund-distribution process led by community volunteers which reflects the interest of contributors and funds services of member agencies

5.To work together with other organizations and individuals to identify programs which positively impact health and human care problems

6.To heighten the community’s awareness to improve the quality of life.
