improve my diet

My name’s Mollie. When my mom and I went food shopping a few days ago, we bought fat-free cereal with the little freeze-dried fruits in it, dried cranberries, cherries, and tropical mix, lots of fresh fruit, fat-free yogurts, and a nice spring salad mix. Oh and also, reduced fat Wheat Thins and fat-free rice cakes. I already drink skim milk. So I’m hoping this will help me out a bit.
