I’ve been going to the gym 3x/wk now. I’ve just got to be more systematic about my workout and keep some sort of progress log. I’ve also got to eat more. I do fine with the healthy eating, I just need more. I’m sure if I am more disciplined about preparing food regularly it’ll be easier. I don’t want to be wasting my efforts. Why do mesomorphs have all the fun, huh?
