lose weight / get in shape

I didn’t change anything on my diest since it was very healthy to start with. The only thing I’ve been doing wrong for many years is that I dont eat all day and have only dinner, which put my body in a starvation mode (body thinks it doesnt get food so whatever I eat becomes fat).
So in addition to kickboxing that I started 2 weeks ago, now I started having small regular meals during the day and I already lost 3lbs in a week . Woohoo go me !! 3 down 22 to go !!!
