Accomplished via fitness

Three months ago, before I started my fitness kick, I would yawn my way through entire work days for no reason at all. I could get a solid 8 hours worth of sleep and still feel tired at work. Now I have lots of energy and feel much more fortified than I did before. Definitely worth doing.

Great job. I hope you will continue. As I’ve found that as we get older and stay fit, we’re happier people for several reasons, primarily because we’re not worrying about our health.
