If the co. you’re applying to gives a signing bonus use it! I.e. The co. will pay someone for referring you to the job if you are hired. The refferal makes you look good and the other person has incentive to get you hired because they get paid! Other tips: be positive, send a thank – you note after the interview, call a week after you submit your resume. Ask lots of questions, especially what you can do to be a better candidate. Apply everywhere!
