I want to form a coalition to enable the appropriate redesign and reconstruction of New Orleans. I’ve taken the first steps by building a website, http://www.nolainitiative.com. We want to start a dialogue about what the appropriate redesign should entail and then present that vision to lawmakers and federal agencies.
