ok..ive done it..ysterday and today is my second day at it…ive managed to control my obsessive need to eat everything before going to work..ive also havent obsessed about what i have left to eat while at work…ive eaten my soups..my 140 cal usually…so its going well so far and i hope to keep it up..wish me luck.
