Lose 1lb per week (read all 2 entries…)
Not a good start

Ok today is day 1 of my new diet and exercise regime and with both I’m doing really well so far but…..
I was hoping to start at 12 st exactly and it looks like I’m paying for the usual mistake of “binging on junk before starting a diet” my weigh in this morning was 12st 3lb I’m not too happy but hopefully I can now start shifting the extra weight albeit at a higher start weight than I had wanted.
So here goes to losing 1 maybe 2 lbs by next Monday.
