get over my fear of public speaking (read all 7 entries…)

Doing Better- 2 years ago

I am actually asking for help a lot more lately.
The great thing is I am not really thinking about it.
I just come out & ask for help.
Especially at stores I used to just say “No, I’m fine Thank you” even if I really did need help.

Yay-me!!
Still going to keep working on this though.

Yes, it is just something I am constantly working on.

But it feels great when I don’t think about it & just Speak Up!
