keeping it inside count? My dad eats soooo loudly and it really annoys me. So does my friend vicky. We go to asda in the morning before school and she buys apples then eats them in my ear. It’s sooo disgusting and annoying i could shove the apple up her nose. I get so angry and annoyed but I don’t say anything and end up having to listen to it for the rest fo the morning. Argh! I’m even feeling angry now. I bite my lip to stop myself from screaming my head off at my dad and vicky but it kinda hurts after a while. How can I vent my anger without ripping peoples heads off? God I sound violent in this entry.

You are right to want to vent off you agner. It sounds like you are under a lot of stress. So, take a different approach. Find the source of your stress (school, job, relationships, etc.) and put an end to it. It is harder than it sounds. Excercise and meditation work wonders on stress, as does eating the right foods. After you lower your stress level, I think things will bother you less. Another thing I’ve been trying lately, is removing myself from situations like you described. Running away isn’t the answer, but it calmed me down so that I could interact rationally again.
