Back from a relapse — 1 year ago
I took the book with me on vacation, but didn’t crack it open once. I didn’t do any of the 4D Wins while I was vacationing in the land of fried chicken and biscuits and gravy. So, I’m trying to get back on track. I’ve been doing my 5 minute morning exercises and I’m starting up the hunger rating win and the dictator/ wild child win. Feels good to be back!
