In the moment of choosing to put it where it goes I could care less. Simply put, it’s a self-impused abuse cycle. I am aware of the consequences of my “inaction” yet I still leave it there until the chaos grows to an overwhelming urge to dig myself out. Then I cast into a frenetic emotional burst that drains me.
