go with lulu.com i designed / etc, everything for my book (some design background). i used lulu to print after spending two years waiting to finally pay to gave it done. honestly the quality is great and as long as you have a decent designer no one will know the difference.

my books now in it’s first book store – and when they asked to order : they had no idea it was print on demand!.
