I ran 2 nights ago, for like 25 minutes haha..

It’s not as easy as it looks!

My whole body is sore. Any suggestions?

plenty of things you can do

1st, cheers to your goal!

2nd don’t wait for the soreness to go away before exercising again, if you had planned to do it again today for instance and you’re still sore, go anyway, but start slowly untill your muscles are warm.

3rd when you’re done, don’t stop at once. Walk for a little while and then stretch legs, arms, back, ... you do a warm up routine before you start, well do a cool down routine when you’re done.
