do my callanetics 3 times a week (read all 6 entries…)

I learned some of the basic exercises from the videos and have been starting my day with her warm up body stretch, neck stretches, 100 arm exercises, then I do 100 of these thigh scoops, 100 each of 3 different ab exercises…I actually feel my body changing. Yeah! Maybe I won’y need spanx for my dress!
