I have been letting this slip somewhat.
I’m still getting really healthy food, in the right amounts.
I’ve fallen out of the habit of drinking 8 oz. of water in the morning, to start my day, and am trying to reinstate it.
I’m doing pretty well with weight training lately, on an every-other-day basis.
I’m not doing so well with stretching, which is in danger of slipping out of my routine altogether.
Daily exercise is a spotty affair; some days I do quite well, riding my bike to do errands or going for an evening run along the beach.
My massage therapist is on vacation, and besides, I’ve only got one more massage on my pre-paid card, and cannot buy more at this time.
