I need variety in my workouts. I think that’s one reason I stop. I tend to get into the same routines. Lately I’ve been reading a lot of exercise blogs and websites for info. There is an endless parade of information. Everyone seems to have the answer to the “perfect body.”
I’ve been on the current routine for about 3 weeks now. It’s great and I love it. Eventually I’ll have to adjust and come up with something new.
Today I worked out chest and back. Did 400 crunches. Rode the bike.
