with my job that I’ve set a deadline, I WILL NOT BE WORKING HERE (my current job) BY THE END OF THE YEAR AND I WILL HAVE ACQUIRED OFFICE SPACE EVEN IF I DON’T HAVE ANY CLIENTS. I AM WRITING IN ALL CAPS TO STRESS HOW SERIOUS I AM ABOUT THIS :)

Careful...
In business, you never make a decision out of duress, anger, frustration and so on. Especially decisions that involve ending something and starting something else, especially things like renting space with no income. That is a recipe for complete and total financial ruin. Think it through. Please. You can be as serious as you want, but your seriousness will not pay the bills later on, profitible sales will.

did prevail. I have a business plan, of sorts, and I’m sticking to it no matter how frustrating my job becomes. Hitting roadblocks at work inspires me to keep in mind what I want for my future. You’re a 100% correct about having no income and acquiring office space being a disaster. Thanks for the feedback.
