i am going to try the master cleanse. i think it will help me think about what i’m putting into my body and be more responsible in that area of my life. i don’t go to fast food places often, but the recent times that i’ve gone, i get a kid’s meal instead of a regular adult meal. when i’m really feeling strong-willed i get a healthier side instead of fries (this doesn’t happen often, but i’m working on it).

Fast food is America’s contribution to the earth’s menu. It is practical and not much else. I love happy meals and at Wendy’s they have really good choices for sides.
I did a detox diet right before I went back to school this year and I felt so much better! Also, fish oil helps you detox as well. Good luck!
thanks steph!! do you recommend a certain fish oil supplement? i’ve heard about the benefits from seafood but i dont care for it.. should i try an omega-3 vitamin or something?
