I suppose that a big factor as to why I’m not confident in myself, is because I worry about myself. I’m a…self-conscious person – when I go up to people to talk, I’m self-conscious of how I am, and I start worrying about all my faults – and soon that’s all I can think about. What if I mess this up? What if I look like an idiot? I bet I sound like an idiot. Then I start second-guessing everything I do. blablabla – and it makes me terrible in my confidence . This goes the same for my “stop worrying” goal I guess – if I stopped worrying about myself so much, I would build more confidence to do more things. So…yeah. I needa work on those 2 areas – worrying and confidence. Any suggestions? lol..
