I’ve really been at it for several years and have had a couple of litle amateur gigs, but that’s not what I’m talking about. Actually I’m not sure what I want, (have a day job and family, etc.) except to know that I’m singing really well and with huge heart and that people are getting it. I love the interactions with the band, the on the fly arrangements and improvisation. I’m just getting started with that part of it, and just getting deeper into the music theory and construction of the songs and changes. That part is exciting for me these days.

I have a gig coming up at the end of October. What I need to do is practice the music every day to be really ready for that. I can use all the support I can get.
