I want to stop, worrying doesn’t change anything but it’s such a hard habit to break. I even worry about worrying too much!

Replace worrying with something else...
Sing a song, exercise, learn a deep breathing exercise….just DO something to help you break the cycle of worry.
I’m not talking about distracting yourself or procrastinating…do everything rational you can to avert the cause of your worry, and then simply DO something else.
I’m something of a worrywart myself, but the older I get, the more I realize it’s such a waste of my time and energy. I’d rather spend that time and energy being happy.
