I was doing so well today! I went for a 35 minute, hardcore bike ride, lifted weights, and did 220 crunches. And I ate real well too! Well until dinner. We ate Mexican food and I only had a few chips before we ate instead of a ton. All the food on the menu is horrible for you and not vegetarian. I ate till I was full, but I know I probably had more calories then I should have. But I am getting back on track. Tomorrow I am going to wake up early and go run. :] Good luck guys.
