Running out of steam...

I’m getitng to that dangerous stage where you think “Oh, I can’tbe arsed”. Yesterday I skipped my training session, so I have to go and train today and tomorrow. I won’t be at work tomorrow, so I’m going to doa home workout and then do my running training in the park. That’s not a bad thing, actually, because the 5K won’t be on a treadmill so some reality training will give me an idea of what it will really be like to run a 5K.
