Comfortably get into a size 32" pair of dress pants before Halloween 2008 (read all 4 entries…)

ok just started this moring with a 1 mile jog at 6:30am, the entire time i thought to myself ahh what the hell am i thinking i wanna go back to bed, fortunatly my three pound Chihuahua pulled me the final .9 miles wheew

I felt the same when I started jogging, when you get into the routine it gets easier.

I remember standing outside my house one winter morning at 7am in all my running gear wandering how I got there. I’d gotten out of bed and dressed and outside before I’d woken up.

Good luck with this, and remember when you most feel like not running they’re the most important times to do it.
