3. IVe stopped buying lunch and this is saving me $40 a week
4. started making coffee and bringing it to work with me and heating it up there. This is saving me $10 a week
5. I borrowed money from a friend to pay my mortgage when I was short and am repaying him at his bank rate of 5.5% instead of charging it at 25%
6. Ive started riding to work. This is saving me a tank of gas a week
7. Stopped parking on campus $30 a month in savings
8. I started hanging everything on the line that I can
9. I wash everything in cold water (except whites when I bleach once a month)
10. Replaced the bulbs in the house that I use regularly with compact fluor. ones
