So far I did all the middle things, but I’m ignoring the morning workout because IM TIRED and the afternoon yoga and eating breakfast or lunch. So no wonder I’m tired. Listen, self, you really must do these things you have chosen. You know they will benifit you and even make you less tired and cranky. So tomarrow please please actually follow this schedule. I see you are doing all the things other people depend on you for but nothing that is for your self that no one can catch you not doing. well consider yourself caught. by ME your own self. Now go pray and then do your homework. I must be so lonely to be writing to my own self…well too bad. not everyone has people to talk to and actually you have alot of people who would love to be around you if you were not so cranky all the time. So follow this schudule and start doing things right please. I like this talking to myself thing mabey I will do alot more of it.
