The Yvves veggie canadian bacon an almost decent substitute for ham and Morning star makes an okay fake bacon. You can’t expect it to be exactly the same, but it works when I need it. As for duck, try the Quorn naked patties and braise them in the sauce you’d make duck with. Nah that won’t work. I don’t think you can replace duck.
