Thank you so much for all your kind words and encouragement! I am sure that you WILL reach your goal. I haven’t even reached mine yet, but I am sure I will as long as I keep at it and make these changes I’ve made permanent ones. I am no longer in a rush to get there. I posted my pictures to give other people hope and to show that people really can lose a lot of weight. Sometimes it seems like people just give up and it is understandable when they don’t see the results they want to see. I really appreciate your response to my posting.
