Somebody told me about a person who worried too much. This person decided to set a 20-minutes time every evening for worry. She realized that 20 minutes was a long time, so she cut it out to 15 minutes. Eventually, she found just the right time – 5 minutes every evening. She was happy , because somehow this “worry-time” became a “comfort-time” – she knew that she will have time to worry, no matter what, so her day was filled with happiness.
I think I need to set some time for myself and my worries. Hope it would help me too.
