Officially yesterday was day 1 but I got stuck in traffic for 2 hours with no LA and was a hungry banshee devil by the time I got off the bus. I cheated by eating broccoli and chicken when I got home…so technically today is my first day and this time I will not be cheating….for this time I came prepared, unlike yesterday, and brought along an extra serving for my ride home.

The bathroom thing is very annoying. It seems I have to go every ten minutes. The SWF was not a problem although I debated taking the tea this morning. Yesterday was a close call. I did the SWF just as I was about to leave the house…as soon as I got to work I had to run to the bathroom. So today I did the SWF as soon as I got in. You can say yesterday was full of trials and error.

This is my third cleanse…but technically my second because I cheated throughout the entire second cleanse. Not to mention it lasted a month and half because I kept cheating and starting over. The first time I was able to do it without a hitch but for some reason the second time I wasn’t able to stick with it. This time I feel like I’m really ready to do this and do it right.
