Worth doing!
I'm pregnant again — 12 months ago
but not feeling really excited yet. I think I am scarred by the last miscarriage, just feel like that is going to happen again. Hard to be excited at this stage.

i know what you mean. i just found out that i was pregnant last week, but i’m pretty nervous about it bc i had a m/c earlier this year.
i’m trying to be cautiously optimistic about this pregnancy, and so far so good.
just keep thinking positive! sending lotsa good vibes your way :o)
Thanks for the encouragement. It’s craxy, every little cramp or twitch makes me nervous. I’m sure you feel the same way. Someone said to me I just have to take each pregnancy for what it is and not worry about the past. I think that’s good advice. All the best for you too.

I wouldn’t have my son, today (he was conceived two weeks after the loss). I cannot now imagine my life without him.
To “take each pregnancy for what it is and not worry about the past” IS excellent advice, as is my mother’s, “If it’s meant to be, it WILL be.” Relax. Breathe. I have a good friend who must’ve endured at least 10 miscarriages during the time I’ve known her – and today, she’s a second time mommy (her first is a teen, her second is about a year old now). As scarring and scary as pregnancy can be, there is ALWAYS hope, and each pregnancy IS different. Have faith and try to enjoy this one.

Congratulations! A miscarriage is very emtionally scaring, and I’m so sorry for your loss. DO try to enjoy this pregnancy, though. I really believe that negative thoughts affect your pregnancy.
When I was 9 weeks pregnant I started spotting and I freaked out. It was so scary, even though everything was alright.
Congratulations again! I’m sure everything will work out for you.
