Injuries!

I have to learn how to do this without pushing myself so hard that I get injured…because then I end up sitting around trying to rest, and taking even more time between workouts.

Are you stretching before you exercise? Ask a trainer but if you go-it-alone, be sure your body is warm and you gently stretch slowly without “bouncing”.
