People love to know they are appreciated! I think this is a really heart-felt goal. While I have my morning coffee, I’ve been writing a thank you note a day (almost) to friends and family and even acquaintances for a smiliar reason- to cultivate the friendships- but it has also helped me find a new level of gratitude. I smile as I drop them in the mail as I leave for work : )
