I became fascinated with national parks 3 years ago when I went to Yellowstone and Glacier. Now I want to visit all of them. I thought I was weird to so preoccupied with visiting national parks, now I know I’m not alone.

Parks I’ve been to so far:
Yellowstone
Grand Teton
Glacier
Carlsbad
Mammoth Springs
Smoky Mountain
Shenandoah
Everglades
Acadia
Hot Springs

I listed Hot Springs last since I went there when I was only 10 years old, I don’t know if I want to count that or not.

I thought there were only 53 parks, since that’s what my atlas says. I just learned they added 4 more! Awesome! Don’t know which ones they are yet.

I would like to visit all parks in 10 years.

My favorites I’ve been to so far kind of depend on when you ask me. I loved Acadia! Yellowstone was awesome because of the wildlife. Smoky Mountains I just visited a month ago, AWESOME!

Least favorites: Mammoth Springs-partly because it was an unexpected stop and I had my dog with me so I only hiked above the earth, no cave spelunking.

My next park: I’m wanting to go to Voyaguers National Park, would love to see that part of the country and see some bears. Love the bears!
