I’ve grown up my entire life knowing my dad’s side of the family. Only recently have I begun to know my mom’s. Most of them live in the PHilippines so I’ve never had the opportunity to meet them unless they’ve come here. The exception is one of my aunts who lives in England. I want to meet and get to know them as much as I know my dad’s side. This requires me saving enough money to travel to the Philippines, but I know I’ll do this someday.
