i am doing pilates on mondays, wednesdays and thursdays regularly and i m walking the stairs up to the 5th floor at least twice a day. oh, and i m walking the dog for an hour a day at the very least.
i’ve been trying to squeeze another pilates session into the weekend as well (my body screams for it), but w-end time is designated for our little family – to have fun, relax and enjoy some quality time.
i’ve been doing pilates for a while now, but i’ve only exercised with discipline for the last 3 weeks. i think i’ll wait for another week before deciding whether that this goal is accomplished.
i DO feel that i got stronger, but my body does not look firm. the dvd says “in time” i’ll have a great looking body. i wonder how long it takes…
