Worth doing!

It looms  — 11 months ago

My 30th birthday is less than a month away. I’ve come to accept it in tiny stages. So though it doesn’t freak me out as much as it did six months ago, I still sometimes feel like some force will slap me on the head with oldness on the day of my thirtieth birthday.

I'm fresh out of cheers,

but what happened for me when the terrible dreaded day arrived was….absolutely nothing! It was a day just like any other. I discovered that life goes on just about the same. (Try singing the Beatle’s song “When I’m Sixty-Four”—then 30 doesn’t seem so old.) Anyways, cheers and best wishes for a happy day!!!!
