My guitar arrived broken this morning.
After weeks of waiting for the auction to be over, then payment to go through, then shipping I’m pretty sad about it.
I’ve filed a claim with FedEx, and gotten a hold of the Ebay dealer.

The shipper may have forgotten to untighten the strings. On flights, the tempurature drops, the strings tighten up, snapping the neck. You should contact the seller, it’s probably their fault, non the shipping company.

The seller has promised me a refund, but they seem to be dragging their feet while their claim with FedEx is in limbo. Hopefully I won’t have to go to ebay and paypal with this.
