I recieved my stipend from my college fund, paid off my credit cards, my bills and my loans from my friends. I am in the positive as far as financial records are concerned (and boy, does it feel good!) I completely updated my records, and cna now see exactly how much money I have. But even though I’m “officially” out of debt, I still owe my parents a very large chunk of money that I borrowed against my college fund to loan to a friend so she could go to Europe, and that, when she paid me back, I spent on things like clothes instead of putting it back into my college fund. In order to honestly be out of debt, I need to save up that money and put it back into my college fund. Until then, I can’t really call this goal ‘done.’ The only way I’ll be able to do that is by living frugally and getting a job, and it’ll probably take a little while. So now the real work begins.
Now the real work begins...
