I've opened the book...
And read as much as I could of the intro before I got bored (about 20 pages) and skimmed through the rest. It’s a lot harder than it looks. I started yesterday, and thanks to a knee and back injury from the day before, I only got half-way through the stretching. But I felt like I slept better and I am at 95% today. It’s a lot harder than it looks, remembering to keep my abdomen cinched. I think I’ll just start with the warmup stretching and when I have that down I’ll work on the actual routine. Definately going to stretch again tonight.
