I’ve been staying away from chocolate bars in the last few weeks. VERY tough to do! I’ve tried to eat at least one veggie and fruit a day. I’m not doing bad that way. I was eating either two fruits or two veggies but not one of each. Very hard to get regular eating patterns when my life is so irregular. I joined a walking/hiking club and I’ve also purchsed walking poles, hiking shoes and a camelback water reservoir. This Tuesday I start. Hopefully I can keep up with the others.
