i’ve had a ton of jobs in my lifetime.. my last job i did well for 15 years. i could keep doing the same thing, making a decent living, and everyone has back problems, right..? but i want to cook. i want to play in the kitchen. i want to see the look on people’s faces when they taste something perfect.
so, yeah, 46 isn’t the best time to changeup careers, but it’s not like the timing is going to get better…
