for a little under two weeks and then I went to the Greek Festival and celebrated Labor Day by grilling carne asada with my parents. But, I am back with sticking with it. :)
I am including something into this goal. A goal within a goal, so ambitious. I am going to NOT overeat for 3 days. I have been doing better I think but I still overeat once a day probably. It doesn’t take much to overeat, does it? Starting tomorrow, Thursday (the beginning of my work week), until the end of Saturday I don’t want to feel full and like I have overeaten. That’s going to be difficult because I don’t take breaks at work usually but I’ll have to now in order to eat. Three days of eating, not overeating. I can totally do this. I just have to be intentional about planning to eat and not letting myself go so hungry that I overeat.
I stuck with it...
