Sheesh! I do have a life you know! Thank You for the wonderful snickerdoodle cookies Miss Flirt! <3
I tripped over the box then a killed myself on the way out my door to go pick up my kids! LOL!
I have my Mailman ( yes he is male) UPS guy Myron trained( the Fed Ex guy with the toupee not so much) not to wake me up during the day.
I opened the box ate the one slightly broken one (did you know that cookie manufactures package the cookies, so that some will break, because those are the ones that the moms will eat LOL! ADD boy would cry if his cookie would break like it felt pain, it was so sweet, annoying but sweet)anyway I passed the bag back to the kids and barely got it back in time to save some for my hubby! I found out tonight that ADD boy pulled the ‘eat my snack as lunch because I don’t want to stand in the long pizza line’ ARG!

You know this isn’t the first time I’ve gotten in trouble for not sending out enough thank you notes for one gift.

This One Time when I was writing out all of the thank yous for OUR wedding by MYSELF I sent out a nice thank you for this “Art Bowl” that we did NOT register for. The card said it was from
Ken
Lucy
Chris
Michael
Louise

I get this feeling that I’m in trouble with my in-laws six months later. I tell my new hubby to go talk to them. I find out that they are ticked that I did not write TWO thank you notes one for his Aunt Lucy and one for his Grandma Louise! I thought she was one of the kids the way the card was written. I did think it was odd that she did not give us a gift?
My m-i-l said it was too late to send one now. I sent one anyway explaining what had happened.
Oh, they were also pissed that we had never invited just the two of them over to a formal sit down dinner.
I made a beautiful meal with Beef Wellington & Yorkshire Pudding(which I had already made for my hubby’s B-day) and they loved it. And they were happy…for a little while.
