The perfectionist voice in my head is saying that I can’t take credit for anything unless I do it pretty much perfectly. I’m trying to overcome that “voice”.
I am eating more regularly and I did not overeat these last three days. That truly is an accomplishment for me. I am going to challenge myself to do it another three days. I also have not had any sugar for four days, another very big thing for me. I am going to challenge myself to make it another 18 days without sugar (until Sep 27). (Ladies, you understand why there needs to be SOME sugar in the diet every month but anyway…)
So, all in all, I think I am doing pretty well. This past week, except Monday: worked out four times, didn’t overeat, and didn’t eat any sugar.
