I dyed my hair purple for my high school graduation, which was a lot of fun. Unfortunately, not only did it look brown if you were very far away (I don’t know /how/, but it did), the dye didn’t want to wash out of my hair.
I finally went and got my hair bleached, but the idiot hairdresser ignored me when I mentioned it had been yellow-blonde before dying it purple and used a blue bleach, thus giving my bleached hair interesting streaks of green, yellow, purple, red (it was red before the blonde), and the ugly ash blonde she dyed it.
All in all, though, I liked it.
