since I no longer reside in Library Land I am officially taking this goal off my list but I will always be a Librarian at heart.
I’m still involved with the Library at the school and am in charge of the lunch room reading table so books are never far away.
To all that have or desire a MLS, please remember the patrons,
the books will always have a home but with out the patrons there is no circulation and with out circulation there is no library, and the Library is a living functioning entity never forget that. (my former DUHrector did and is feeling the effects)

but I would quadruple cheer you for this, if I could. You are entirely correct that libraries would be NOTHING without patrons. Libraries are about people, not collections.
