This has been a goal of mine for a couple months now… I still haven’t done it. I tend to get to the point of near starvation and then break down and have taco bell on my way home from work. Yesterday, I was stressed out and moody, and I decided a cheeseburger would make me feel better. It did. Is that bad? But my fiance and I have set a goal to lose 15 pounds each, so maybe it’s time to get serious about this one, too. So… count this as day one. Wish me luck!
